BLD were approached by a The St Johns Group Practice to assist them in maximising their accommodation and look at the feasibility of expanding on a very confined site. Successful outcomes with regard to obtaining Planning and Building Regulation approval for the creation of 2N° additional Consulting Rooms and a new Pharmacy. These were secured in late 2009. BLD continue to act in the best interests of the client in turning their aspirations into built form.
