George Barker & Company Ltd: Bradford

BLD were commissioned to develop a scheme for a warehouse extension for the international manufactures George Barker & Company Ltd.

A key role in the project was sustainability; the strategy behind the investment was to reduce the overall vehicle movements across the three sites by bringing operations together under one roof.

The project took place on a working site and was done so with minimal disruption to staff and local residents. In 2007 work was completed and the project handed back to George Barker & Company.
