Ian Lord- (RIBA Dip. Arch)         Director
Ian has a wealth of experience in taking projects from inception to completion. Communicating with people and his innovative approach to design has a combined effect of producing outstanding architecture to suit client’s aspirations.

Simon Lord- (M.C.I.O.B)             Director
Simons experience and in-depth knowledge of construction blended with practical design solutions is highly valued resulting in an extensive portfolio of clients.

Shane Marsh- (M.C.I.A.T)          Director
Shane has a wide range of specialist skills and expertise in many sectors of design and technology bringing synergy to all projects under his wing.
Shane was appointed Director in 2001.

Alf Tompkins- (M.C.I.A.T)           Director
Alf has been responsible for running large design projects for over 30 years.
Administering projects with skill and experience has been his success.

Darren Ormshaw                      HNC in Building Studies
Darren has been with BLD since 1999. His technical and computer support skills make him an invaluable member of the team.

David Roe                                 A.C.I.A.T
David has been with BLD since 2002. His technical and personal skills make him an invaluable part of the team.

Chris Jubb                                 H.N.C. in Building
Chris has been with BLD since July 2005 and his continuing development increasingly adds value to the team.
